Performing missions for the enemy: a Russian agent was detained in Kyiv

The man performed tasks for his Russian curators. The man used various mobile numbers and corresponded exclusively in instant messengers to avoid being caught in a hot mess.

According to the investigation, a 41-year-old resident of the capital turned out to be a Russian informant. He received assignments from a Russian citizen who is in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine as a war correspondent for one of the federal TV channels (Channel One), the press service of the SBU says.

A mobile phone and computer equipment, which contain evidence of his illegal activities, were confiscated from the attacker.
