A growing percentage of Ukrainians believe that the war is becoming protracted.
We should not expect the Russian-Ukrainian war to end this year or next year. And the upcoming heating season for Ukraine will not be easier than the last one. Volunteer Serhiy Pritula said this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine on his own Youtube channel.
Prytula emphasised that he does not have any secret information that the military possesses, but relies in his reasoning on his own feelings and experience. He also expressed confidence that the enemy will bomb Ukrainian infrastructure in winter.
There is such an inner feeling that it will definitely not be easier. I do not see any objective reasons why they would abandon this year from the tactics they used last year, - said Pritula.
The volunteer also pointed out that an increasing percentage of Ukrainians believe that the war is becoming protracted.
I do not want to take on the unnecessary responsibility of some vangovanie on an unnecessary place. However, the work of our fund is planned with the orientation that next year the war will not end," Prytula said.
We would like to point out that the Ukrainian authorities have repeatedly said that a return to the 1991 borders would be considered the end of the war in Ukraine. Otherwise, if Crimea or Donbas are not returned, the war will continue until all these territories are returned under Ukrainian control.
