The enemy attacked residential houses in Zaporizhzhya region. The death toll rose to three.



This was reported by the National Police of Zaporizhzhya Region.

The Russians shelled the region during the day, the police recorded 93 hits by enemy missiles and shells. In particular, the Russian invaders hit the suburb of Zaporizhzhya with Iskander-M missile, which resulted in damage to civilian infrastructure and destruction of residential houses.

As a result of the attack on the residential neighbourhood of Orekhova, the houses of local residents were destroyed. While removing the rubble, law enforcers found the bodies of a 63-year-old woman and a 40-year-old man," the police said.

In addition, in the morning, a 54-year-old resident of Primorske died due to a direct hit of an artillery shell on her house.

Law enforcers are documenting the consequences of the Russian attacks. Investigators of the police and USABU opened criminal proceedings under part 1, 2 of article 438 (Violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.

We will remind, in the morning the enemy also shelled the city of Zaporozhye, as a result of which a person was wounded. In addition, the Russians attacked Kherson region and Kryvyi Rih. It is known that in Kryvyi Rih, a Russian missile hit an administrative building, resulting in the death of a policeman. According to an update by Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko, the number of injured people has reached 54.
