A unit of occupiers has become infected, and there may also have been fatalities.

Ivan Fedorov, mayor of Melitopol, said on his Telegram:

Minus the enemy unit now sitting in quarantine. And two Russians were first brought to Melitopol hospital, but after the diagnosis was confirmed they were quickly written off - taken to an unknown destination.

The mayor also added that even the Ukrainian land is pushing back the occupants.

There will definitely be no happy ending for them," the mayor added.

Anthrax (anthropogenic tularemia) is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Francisella tularensis. It gets its name from the fact that it was first described in Siberia in the early 20th century. The bacterium can be transmitted to humans through insect bites, contact with infected animals, consumption of illegally killed animals or contaminated water and soil.
