The AFU said how cold weather will affect the counter-offensive

The Ukrainian army is conducting an offensive on the frontline and the fighting will not stop with the onset of cold weather. The head of the press service of the eastern group of troops, Ilya Yevlash, said that although the onset of winter "will affect the course of military operations", the specific steps of the army will depend on the weather.

Yevlash noted that fogs and rains will affect, in particular, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles.

He added that the Ukrainian defenders are preparing for cold weather, insulating dugouts and preparing equipment.

Yevlin added that the military continue to receive great assistance from volunteers, who give the military warmers and other various necessary means for heating in the cold season.
