The Russian invaders, retreating, mined many items.

In Trostyanets, Sumy region, five children have already died because of the mines and stretch marks left by the Russian invaders. This was stated by the mayor of Trostyanets Yuri Bova, according to Channel 24 .

In particular, he said that on Saturday, April 16, a local resident blew himself up while walking his dog in the woods. The dog ran out of the road and caught the stretch. Fortunately, the man managed to survive.

There are many such cases. We have already died from hitting mines, various stretch marks of 5 children. There are also wounded. There are still quite a lot of such items, - said the mayor of Trostyanets.

He added that most often the invaders passed checkpoints and places where there was equipment.

Specialists in the city are working seven days a week to clear the area, but now there are still many roads in Trostyanets that have not been checked.

Recall that more than 560 children suffered as a result of a full-scale war in Ukraine. At the same time, 202 children died.

At the same time, the figures are not final, since it is not yet possible to establish the exact number of dead and wounded in the places of active hostilities, in the temporarily occupied and liberated territories.
