"The Insider publishes:
Adraft of the secret "Plan of moral and psychological support for the transfer of the FSO Operational Directorate from peacetime to wartime" hasbeen made available to the editorial board. This directorate is the key one in the Kremlin security and is responsible not only for the security of top officials, but also performs the functions of counterintelligence within the FSO. The draft is divided into four parts:
1) "Activities carried out in immediate preparation for conversion to wartime operation (1) "Activities carried out in direct preparation for conversion to wartime conditions".
2) "Activities carried out during the introduction of the "Increased" degree of alert".
3) "Activities carried out during the introduction of the military alert level "Military Danger".
4) "Activities carried out during the introduction of state of alert "Full".
Television, radio, print media, Internet social networks, books, brochures, postcards and posters will be used to avoid reducing the psychological stability of personnel, disorienting them morally and making them unready to resist, according to the authors of the plan.
In addition to social networks and hypnosis, Russia believes that the adversary intends to use more "sophisticated" methods: software and hardware bookmarks containing sound and visual effects, psychocorrective games, as well as chemical and biological recipes of psychological action.
The publication writes:
To avoid this, the FSO proposes to use "counterintimation", holding confidential conversations with young officers and weekly political exercises, as well as collective visits to the temple. In addition, foreign intelligence agents who will carry out the coup d'etat can "reach" the officers' relatives. A special emphasis is placed on the fact that the "enemy" has hypnotic abilities.
Aleksandr Komov, deputy director of the FSO, is in charge of implementing the plan. He leads a group of freelance advisers to the department's leadership, which is said to include astrologers, black magicians and psychics.

Oleg Kotov writes about the war in Ukraine and how it is changing the world.
