Occupants fired on evacuation buses in Popasnaya, there is no communication with people

The Russian military shot down two evacuation buses in the Popasnaya Lugansk region. This was announced by the head of the Popasnyanskaya city military-civilian administration Nikolai Khanatov.

He noted that communication with drivers and passengers was lost.
