The police called the new fraud schemes in the conditions of war

In difficult times, scammers are activated. These people have nothing sacred. Law enforcement officers told how not to become a victim of criminals.
This was reported by the press service of the police of the Kyiv region.
Common schemes of attackers:
Pseudo-evacuation
The attackers offer money to help them leave the war zone, and after receiving an advance payment on the card, they disappear.
Defunct houses
Fraudsters "lease" real estate in the western regions of Ukraine. After receiving a subscription to the card disappear.
Fake support programs
Users are sent messages to their phones with information about the accrual of cash assistance. To receive money, you need to follow a certain link, where the user is prompted to enter personal data and banking information. As a result, scammers withdraw money from the accounts of deceived Ukrainians.
