- An explosion occurred in occupied Kherson

The occupiers report a "terrorist attack".
In the temporarily occupied Kherson on Sunday, October 23, an explosion thundered. Propaganda Telegram channels report this.
According to one version, the explosive was installed in the car, according to another - on a pole and allegedly worked at the moment when the car caught up with it. According to local media, windows were blown out in neighboring houses by the blast.
Oleg Tyuturai, the "chief of the pre-trial detention center" appointed by the occupiers, was the object of the assassination attempt, but he allegedly did not suffer. At the same time, they note that as a result of the incident "one person died and three more were injured."
Earlier, the invaders called on the local population to urgently leave the city, justifying this by the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are preparing an attack on the city. At the same time, Kyiv believes that people are being taken away from the city by force, and this appeal can be regarded as the deportation of the local population.
Also in the city there is a problem with the Internet connection. The Russians are dismantling telecommunications equipment from a television center in temporarily occupied Kherson. In particular, the Russian Internet provider Miranda dismantled the central node from the TV and radio center. The press service of the "Center of National Resistance" believes that in this way the invaders are trying to "cut off" our soldiers from the partisans.
According to the head of the press center of the Operational Command "South" Natalia Gumenyuk, Russia continues to consolidate its positions on the left bank of the Dnieper in temporarily occupied Kherson. Meanwhile, our soldiers continue to advance the front line.
