In temporarily occupied Mariupol, the Rosyans are dismantling the railway station, destroying the city's cultural heritage in the form of mosaics.
This was reported by Mariupol city council with reference to journalist Ivan Stanislavskyy.
The occupiers destroyed the railway station and the hotel, where there were unique mosaics. The attractions were created in the 1970s.
The invaders destroyed the railway station, and now began to dismantle it. Together with it they destroyed the mosaic "Metallurgists" by Valentin Konstantinov and Lel Kuzminkov," the report says.
The panel in the waiting room was created in 1973 and occupies 100 square metres.
It is also assumed that the invaders also destroyed Victor Ponomarev's mosaic "Tourism and Recreation", made in 1978 for the hotel "Tourist".
"'Tourism and Recreation' may still be hiding under the facade, having received 100,500 holes," the journalist added.
