In Kryvyi Rih, an enemy informant who was monitoring the flights of AFU combat aircraft was unmasked


A resident of Kryvyi Rih, who recorded the consequences of enemy shelling and collected information on the movement of the Defence Forces and the direction of flights of AFU warplanes, was exposed.
The man passed the collected data to the Russian special services, the SBU said.
The investigation found out that the man started cooperating with the enemy after 24 February 2022. Then he began to collect and distribute information about the dislocation of the defence forces.
He came out to his acquaintance from Krasnodar, which is in the field of view of the Russian security services. It was through her that information about the routes of movement of Ukrainian military equipment and the consequences of Russian air attacks could get to the occupiers, - stated in the message.
At the suspect was searched, during which was found computer equipment, with the help of which the man conducted subversive activities in favour of the aggressor country. And he also kept in the house forbidden symbols of the communist regime.
Based on the collected evidence, the investigators of the Security Service informed the man of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- ч. 2 of Art. 114-2 (unauthorised dissemination of information on the direction, movement of weapons, armaments and military supplies to Ukraine, movement, displacement or deployment of the AFU);
- ч. 1 of article 436-1 (manufacture, distribution of communist and Nazi symbols and propaganda of communist and nationalist totalitarian regimes).
Investigative actions to establish all the circumstances of the offence are ongoing.
