In the village of Luka, Buchanskiy district, a young man beat an acquaintance to death with a belt.
The press service of the Kiev regional police has reported this.
The police found out that the 18-year-old, after a verbal conflict, beat a 50-year-old acquaintance with a belt. As a result, the second man died.
It is noted that the offender has already been detained and is being held in a temporary detention centre.
