Russian invaders erected a monument to Vladimir Lenin in Nova Kakhovka (Kherson region). He returned to the plinth near the building of the local city council. This is stated in the Telegram of Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov.
