GUR assessed the probability of a terrorist attack at ZNPP

The nuclear power plant, along with its satellite town Energodar, came under the control of the Russian occupiers during the fighting on 3-4 March 2022.
The risk of a terrorist attack at the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant (ZNPP) remains high. The danger will exist as long as the Russian military is there. A representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry, Andriy Yusov, said this on air during a telethon.
He also noted that a terrorist attack is also possible at the Crimean Titan (an enterprise in Crimea, the largest producer of titanium dioxide in Eastern Europe).
Unfortunately, these important facilities - Crimean Titan and Zaporizhzhya station are under occupation. Work has been carried out to mine the facilities on the territory of ZNPP and the Titan plant. The situation has not changed yet and no demining has taken place there. The policy of blackmail continues," Yusov said.
He also noted that the terrorist attack will not necessarily take place, but the threat from the Russian Federation - vasokay.
We will remind, the head of the Main Directorate of intelligence Kirill Budanov earlier said that the Russians have completed preparations for a possible terrorist attack at the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant occupied by them. They have placed equipment with explosives near four of the six power units.
At the same time, the intelligence service said that the risk of the terrorist plot being realised had slightly decreased due to a set of measures taken by the Ukrainian military and political leadership and the intelligence community.
