In the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk region, there is a deterioration in the moral and psychological state among the occupation army. Consequently, the number of deserters has increased.
This was reported by the Centre for National Resistance.
Over the past month, the level of executive discipline among representatives of the ROV (Russian occupation troops - ed.) has decreased among representatives of the enemy personnel. Consequently, representatives of the occupation "commandant's offices" from the Russian Federation, detained about 1 thousand representatives of the ROV, who committed criminal and administrative offences, - stated in the message.
Among the offences committed by the military of the enemy army: unauthorised departure from the place of service, consumption of alcoholic beverages or psychotropic drugs.
The CNS also noted that uncontrolled actions on the part of the invaders could increase the threat to the civilian population of the temporarily occupied territories.
