Russia has deployed Iskanders in Belarus

In Belarus, Russia has deployed Iskanders and placed the planes at several airfields. This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine .

This is the strengthening of the section of the Ukrainian-Belarusian border in the Brest and Gomel regions. Therefore, the implementation of provocations in the border areas is not ruled out, the Ukrainian military noted.

They stressed that the threat of missile and bomb strikes by the enemy against military and civilian infrastructure on the territory of Ukraine remains.

According to available information, Russian Iskander-M OTRKs are still deployed on the territory of Belarus, and individual aviation units of the Russian aerospace forces continue to be based at certain airfields, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
