Inadequate people are found all over the world.
In Riga, a Ukrainian woman with a child was attacked by a woman. She threw hryvnias at her and insulted her. This follows from the published video on the network.
An elderly woman ran up to the Ukrainian woman and started throwing coins at her. At the same time, as the Ukrainian herself explained, she turned out to be a supporter of the "Russian world".
In the video, an elderly woman was indignant that she was being filmed and denied everything.
The day before, the government of Latvia at an extraordinary meeting approved a plan of measures to support Ukrainian civilians with funding up to 116.277 million euros.
The main thing that the new plan provides is a solution to the problem of accommodating refugees.
The plan also provides meals for up to 30 days, costing no more than 10 euros per person per day.
Ukrainian refugees in Latvia are entitled to a guaranteed minimum income (GMI) of 109 euros for the first person and 76 euros for each subsequent family member. A one-time crisis allowance of 272 euros per adult and 190 euros per child will also be paid.
The plan also provides for a one-time employment benefit equal to one minimum monthly wage.
Ukrainians will be taught the Latvian language. Citizens of Ukraine will also have the opportunity to visit state museums free of charge, will be able to get acquainted with the integration course on the history of Latvia, culture, state and municipal services and children's rights. Other measures are planned to promote integration into the Latvian society, such as organizing camps, holding cultural and sports events.
Since the beginning of the war, about 25,600 Ukrainian refugees have been registered in Latvia, and about 20,000 people have received residence documents with the right to work.
