Ukrzaliznytsia has strengthened security measures at the Kharkiv railway station
From August 16, the installed integrated system for examining passengers' luggage will start working at the Kharkiv railway station. This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia in Telegram.
Starting tomorrow, the installed integrated passenger baggage inspection system, which includes 2 stationary metal detectors (“frame”), 2 X-ray television introscopes, and hand-held metal detectors, will start operating at the station.
Ukrzaliznytsia also spoke about changes in train dispatch.
It will be possible to get to the Kharkiv railway station only through the main entrance, trains will be sent from the first platform, the carrier informs.
The company emphasized that it is important to arrive at the station in advance in order to have time to pass the baggage inspection.
