A video with a Ukrainian prisoner from "Azov" Ekaterina "Ptashka" Polishchuk appeared on the network

On the social networks of Russia, a video was published with a Ukrainian prisoner, physician Ekaterina Polishchuk with the call sign "Ptashka."
Four months ago, on May 19, Ptashka, along with other doctors and military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, following the order of the Ukrainian command, left the Azovstal plant. All the defenders of "Azovstal" were taken prisoner by the Russians. In July, Ptashka was in a colony in the temporarily occupied territory of Donbas, in the village of Yelenovka. This was reported to her mother by a volunteer released from captivity. But whether the daughter is being kept in Yelenovka, the mother does not know anything today.
Ekaterina Polishchuk has been in the captivity of the invaders for four months. It is known that these shots with Ptashka are part of an alleged film that Russian propagandists are preparing. When precisely this video was recorded is unknown.
A native of the Ternopil region, 21-year-old Ekaterina Polishchuk from Azovstal has been in Russian captivity for a long time. Her call sign is "Bird." It was she who sang songs in the dungeon to cheer up her brothers in arms.
Ekaterina in this video was signed - "Azov sniper."
Ekaterina's mother commented on Radio Liberty:
They have been writing like this for a long time. She has long been a physician, and everyone knows it. In Russia, they write lies. She doesn’t even know how to shoot, as the guys from Azov, who know Katya, told me, - said Svetlana Polishchuk.
Expert and reserve officer Volodymyr Gulima told why the Russian side released a video with Ukrainian captive Ekaterina Polishchuk right now.
Russia is trying to show that it is even humane and allows the captive “Ptashka” to speak Ukrainian; that is, it does not oppress the language; the captive is dressed in a clean military uniform. This video was made public after the discovery of mass graves in Izyum and the torture of people by the Russian military. Thus, Russia is trying to whiten and crush, - says expert reserve officer Vladimir Gulima.
