Ukrainians in Poland can be reimbursed for medicines

This was reported by the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories.

In order for a Ukrainian to receive reimbursement for medicines, he or she must have:

• a prescription from a doctor;
• pESEL number;
• a document confirming the border crossing not earlier than 24 February 2022.

The list of reimbursable medicines is updated monthly. The complete and up-to-date list can be found here.

Only pharmacies that have a signed contract with the National Health Fund (NFZ) of Poland can receive reimbursable medicines or buy them at a discount.
