Newly elected US President Donald Trump wants Israel to deliver a crushing blow to Iran. At the same time, he would like the war in the Middle East to end before his inauguration, which is scheduled for 20 January 2025. This was said by Tzvi Zilber, editor-in-chief of Best Radio Israel, in a commentary to the YouTube channel RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, Trump does not like Iran, especially after the fact that the authorities of this Muslim country have already hired mercenaries to assassinate Trump several times.

At the same time, Trump would like Israel to deal with Iran soon, even before he takes office as president. In this case, Zilber believes, Trump will be able to "show himself in all his glory" in ending the conflict in the Middle East.
