Trump has said he will force Iran and Israel to make a deal

The exchange of massive rocket fire between Israel and Iran continues for a third day.
US President Donald Trump has expressed confidence that Iran and Israel will be able to reach an agreement that will end the standoff. He wrote about this on his Truth Social network.
Iran and Israel must make a deal - and they will. Just as I once achieved an agreement between India and Pakistan by using US trade tools," the American leader noted.
Trump stressed that he used trade as a mechanism to establish dialogue and common sense in negotiations. He added that under his mediation, agreements were also reached between Serbia and Kosovo despite decades of tension.
The White House chief also mentioned the conflict between Egypt and Ethiopia over the construction of a dam on the Nile. According to him, his intervention at that time helped to preserve peace.
Just like then, we will achieve peace between Israel and Iran. Important calls and meetings are taking place now. I am doing a lot of things, and although I am not getting awards, that's okay - the people understand. Let's make the Middle East great again," Trump concluded.
The exchange of massive rocket attacks between Israel and Iran continues for the third day. on 13 June, Israel announced the launch of a military operation, which it linked to the fact that Iran is closer to developing nuclear weapons. Iran denies such allegations, but responded by attacking Israel, firing hundreds of ballistic missiles into its territory.
Late in the evening of 14 June, Israel attacked Iran's largest gas field, South Pars, causing production at the site to be partially suspended. The night of 15 June was followed by strikes on Tehran's main oil storage facility, Shahran, as well as the headquarters of Iran's Ministry of Defence.
In response, Iran attacked a research centre building at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot and an oil refinery in Haifa. In the Tel Aviv suburb of Bat Yam, an Iranian missile destroyed a high-rise apartment building, killing six people and injuring hundreds.
