The State Tax Service of Ukraine commented on Transnistria's statement about shooting on the border with Ukraine

At present, the State Border Service of Ukraine has no information about the shooting on the territory of the self-proclaimed Transnistrian-Moldovan Republic.
A representative of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine ( SBGSU), Andriy Demchenko, said this in a commentary for Suspilnyy.
Demchenko noted that the information about the shooting could be of a "provocative nature".
I am not aware of any incidents on the border with Moldova on the Transnistrian segment. Unusual situations have not been recorded by the border guards. The statement of the so-called Transnistrian-Moldovan Republic is rather provocative in nature, with the aim to accuse Ukraine of something, besides, we understand that this enclave has a pro-Russian orientation," Demchenko said.
We shall remind you that today the so-called Ministry of State Security of the Transnistrian-Moldovan Republic said that there had been an "incident involving the use of firearms" near the border with Ukraine. The ministry assured that after the incident on 7 January, two Transnistrian citizens were transferred to the territory of Ukraine.
