The Russians may cover their retreat with a strike on the Kakhovska hydroelectric plant

The Russians may be preparing a strike on the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant to blame Ukraine for the attack and cover their retreat. American experts say so.

Analysts think that the statements of General Sergei Surovikin and collaborator Vladimir Saldo are an attempt to create informational conditions for the complete retreat of the invaders beyond the Dnieper. Americans say:

In all likelihood, the Russian authorities are seeking to spread warnings about an alleged Ukrainian attack on the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station in order to create information conditions for the destruction of the dam by Russian forces and holding Ukraine responsible for the subsequent damage and loss of life.

If the Russians retreat from Kherson, this will be their third humiliating defeat. Therefore, the Russians are already trying to overshadow this information.

Recall that now the evacuation of the supposedly civilian population from Kherson is being broadcast in the Russian propaganda media. At the same time, all the occupying authorities had already fled from Kherson to the other side of the Dnieper.
