The pension courier said that family members of veterans or fallen defenders could receive UAH 20,000 for their own business.



Close relatives of veterans, as well as dead combatants with the status of internally displaced persons, can receive up to UAH 20,000 compensation for doing business. The information is published by the Pension Courier.

Veterans and veterans, their wives or husbands, parents, children (including adopted ones) of combatants, as well as relatives of the fallen defenders and heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, the newspaper reports.

To apply, you must meet three criteria at once:

  • be a veteran or a member of a veteran's family;
  • be a FLP or self-employed person;
  • have the status of an internally displaced person acquired after February 24, 2022.

Documents required for applying:

  • the applicant's passport with a residence permit;
  • IDP certificate (screenshot from Action is not suitable);
  • extract or extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs, or a self-employed person;
  • a document confirming the status of a veteran: an UBD certificate, an identity card with a disability as a result of the war, a war veteran's certificate;
  • a document confirming cohabitation with a veteran before the war, marriage certificate or birth certificate of a child;
  • documents confirming the purchase after February 24, 2022 for business operation in accordance with KVED (check or invoice).

You can apply for funds on the website of the Ukrainian Veterans Fund in the business microfinance section at the link.

Payment can be received within 10 days, after verification of documents and compliance with all criteria.

The fund stressed that the program will continue until the end of martial law and the assistance is provided at a time.
