How to get a pension supplement for "children of war" and for excess service.

According to the law, “children of war” are entitled to a pension supplement in the amount of UAH 66.43 per month.
By law, "children of war" are required to receive allowances. Many people seek payments through the courts for previous years, and the Pension Fund has to comply with the court order and pay out money to pensioners. This is reported by "Retired".
In order to find out whether the allowance, as a “child of war”, is included in the pension payment, you need to contact the Pension Fund.
Perhaps the allowance in the amount of UAH 66.43 is included in the amount of the pension, but he is a pensioner - the "child of war" does not know about it.
The allowance for excess service is set in addition to ordinary old-age pensions.
As for the allowance for excess service, not all categories of citizens receive it. For example, such an allowance is not allowed for military personnel, civil servants, scientists and Chernobyl survivors.
The amount of the allowance for each year of excess service is 1% of the estimated pension. However, it should not exceed 1% of the minimum old-age pension. Since almost all pensions are either higher or equal to the minimum, then, as a rule, the allowance for each excess year is equal to 1% of the minimum pension. The minimum pension, in turn, is equal to the subsistence minimum for citizens of non-working age. To date, the subsistence minimum is 2027 hryvnia.
