Thematic events are planned for each paragraph of the Peace Summit communiqué at the ministerial and advisory levels.

This was announced by the deputy head of the Office of the President, Ihor Zhovkva.

The next steps are to hold thematic events on each item at the level of ministers and advisers. There is already a corresponding readiness to organise them from a number of countries," he wrote.

These are France, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, the United States, Norway, Poland, Canada, Qatar, Chile, Finland, the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom.

And after that - let's go to the second Summit, which should lay the foundations for a long and just peace," Zhovkva explained.

He noted that the document remains open for accession by every state or international organisation that respects the UN Charter and international law. And the number of states joining the Communiqué will definitely grow.

Earlier it was reported that the final declaration of the Global peace summit in Switzerland includes points on the return of Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant under the control of Ukraine, the restoration of safe access to Ukrainian seaports and the exchange of prisoners of war.

Socialportal reported earlier that the next event, during which delegations from all corners of the world will seek ways to a just and lasting peace, will be held in the near future.
