The Prime Minister of Ukraine spoke about this in an interview with LB.ua

During a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the maintenance of the army costs UAH 130 billion per month. At the same time, earlier the annual budget of the army was UAH 156 billion.

Also, according to Shmygal, the entire monthly budget of Ukraine is about UAH 250 billion. And the state receives only UAH 70-100 billion.

There remains a deficit of 4-5 billion dollars, which Ukraine receives less. At the same time, Western aid and support helps Ukraine close all social and humanitarian obligations.
