The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has published an official statement on the shelling of Ukraine

The air-raid alert continues throughout the country. There are human casualties and destruction. Russia's terrorist actions are directed against peaceful civilians. The enemy will be punished for the pain and death they brought to our land! We will take revenge!" the ministry wrote.

The ministry also reported that the terrorist country Russia attacked civilian infrastructure. Numerous explosions were recorded in many regional centers.

Also commented on this morning's strikes, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov.

Our courage will never destroy the terrorists' missiles, even if they hit the heart of our capital. Nor will they shake the resolve of our allies. The only thing they irrevocably destroy is the future of Russia - the future of a terrorist rogue state that has been trampled all over the world," he said.

As a reminder, rocket blasts continue to be recorded across the country. Local authorities urge Ukrainians not to come out of hiding for the time being.
