NATO countries discuss supplying Patriot systems to Ukraine - Stoltenberg

A two-day NATO summit is now taking place in Bucharest.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said this during the alliance's summit in Bucharest. He said:
Our discussions concern the provision of new systems, such as Patriot, and there is a discussion about that right now. But it is also about ensuring that the systems already delivered are effective and functioning.
It is worth noting that Germany had earlier offered to send Patriot air defence systems to Poland after a missile fell on Polish territory.
However, Defence Minister Mariusz Blaszczak suggested that Berlin should transfer this air defence system to Ukraine. But Germany replied that it would prefer the Patriot to remain within the Alliance's borders.
