How the volunteers of the Offensive Guard are preparing has been revealed
Volunteers assigned to the Offensive Guards have begun training at the ranges.
Colonel Mykola Urshalovych, deputy director of the planning department of the Main Directorate of the National Guard of Ukraine, said this at a briefing at the Military Media Center.
According to him, soldiers undergo individual training, which lasts up to three weeks, and collective training, which lasts up to five weeks. The training ends with tactical exercises in the units. Some specialists, such as artillerymen and anti-aircraft gunners, are trained at specialized ranges.
Nikolai Urshalovich emphasized that the individual training sessions are used to study the tactics of a soldier and a unit in different conditions, in different types of combat.
These and other exercises will help to form a soldier who will be able to perform the assigned tasks by his moral and fighting qualities," he said.
It will be recalled that over 35,000 units have applied forthe Offensive Guard. Of these, more than 16 thousand units are part of the National Guard.
