This was announced in the Telegram channel by the adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko.
He also said that a seven-year-old girl was pulled out from under the rubble. The child survived.

Recall that this morning several explosions sounded in Kyiv during an air raid alert. After it became known that the rocket hit a residential building in the Shevchenko district. A fire broke out there. The fire was reported at 06:29.
Upon arrival, the rescuers found that as a result of enemy shelling, a fire broke out in a 9-story residential building with partial destruction of the 7th, 8th and 9th floors.
