- How many days of quarantine will be in contact with COVID-patients

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has canceled the 14-day self-isolation of people who have been in contact with a patient with Covid-19.
The number of days that a person in contact with a coronavirus patient must spend in self-isolation will be determined by a doctor. The Ministry of Health reported this.
They recalled that until now, such people had to go into self-isolation for 14 days, only occasionally deviating from the rule, taking into account vaccination and the already existing coronavirus in the history of diseases.
Now the doctor will, at his discretion, send contacts to quarantine. This will consider the patient's state of health, symptoms, vaccination, and disease experience.
Also, the doctor will independently decide on sick leave for people who may be unhappy with coronavirus.
Note that the government has extended until December 31 quarantine due to coronavirus and the state of emergency in the country.
In turn, the Ministry of Health notes that the number of patients with coronavirus is growing in Ukraine, and in the autumn, there may be much more of them. They urged to take tests for coronavirus at the slightest suspicion of illness and noted that laboratories accept blood and smears for analysis even during martial law.
