Russians shelled the railway in Kharkiv region: trains are delayed, there are wounded

Russian troops struck Kharkiv Region overnight from Saturday to Sunday, 20 July, attacking a railway. Four railway workers were injured in the attack. The incident was reported by Ukrzaliznytsya.

Another night with enemy attacks on the railway of Kharkiv region. Four of our people were injured (fortunately, minor), damaged buildings and rolling stock, - stated in the message.

It is indicated that the contact network at the exit from Kharkiv was damaged because of the blows.

Trains Kyiv-Kharkiv under numbers 63 and 719 for some time waited for the elimination of consequences. At night they resumed the movement, the trains are heading to Kiev, with a delay from the schedule. Also delayed Intercity to Kramatorsk, - indicated in UZ.

They noted that they did everything possible to ensure that all passengers had time for the transfer trains, if those were specified in their tickets, including the international flight to Chelm.

Part of the passengers will be waiting for their trains, part for speed and convenience were taken by minibuses, - added in Ukrzaliznytsia.

Note, at night under the attack of the Russians were Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Chernihiv and Kiev regions. The fall of fragments of the Russian drone was recorded in the Solomensky district of Kiev.

The Sumy regional military administration said the strike hit an energy infrastructure facility in Konotop district. And in Poltava region, a hit in Poltava and Mirgorod districts of the region.
