On March 10, ETS suspended TOEFL English exams in Russia and Belarus due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Starting August 4, ETS is amending its March 2022 policy to allow test takers in Russia and Belarus to register for the TOEFL iBT Home Edition, TOEFL Essentials and GRE Home Edition unless they have any financial barriers to doing so , according to ETS.
