Russians attacked a civilian car on the border Chernihiv region

Today, 29 January, the Russian army hit the border area of Chernihiv region. In Novhorod-Seversk community was damaged a passenger car, on which four civilians were travelling to the hospital.

The driver of the VAZ-2107 explained to the police that he was travelling with three passengers from the border village to the district centre to the hospital. In the village, at the crossroads, people heard a strong explosion and saw a flash," the report said.

The Russians probably dropped an unknown explosive object from a drone. As a result of the explosion, debris damaged the transport, people in the cabin were not injured.

Law enforcers inspected the scene and initiated criminal proceedings for violation and violation of laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
