According to the authorities of the Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation, there was a fire on board the trawler, which resulted in the death of one person.
The injured are reportedly in hospital in the town of Pionersk, one of them in serious condition. In the hospital, the injured were questioned by FSB officers, who asked the crew members "not to spread" about the incident.
Earlier, the media found out on the basis of open data from the AIS automated tracking system that the Kapitan Lobanov could have got into the zone of the Russian Navy's Baltic Fleet exercises.
