Russian Federation hits Zaporizhzhya with ballistics: 10 people injured
Most of the injured had to be hospitalised.
Today, on 18 January, at 06:00, the occupants launched two missile strikes on one of the districts of the regional centre. As a result of the Russian shelling of an infrastructure facility in Zaporizhzhya, 10 people were injured. Affected residential houses, administrative building and private transport. This was reported in the Zaporozhye OVA.
Two victims were treated by medics at the site of the missile strike. Eight people were hospitalised - they are from 28 to 69 years old. a 48-year-old woman is in serious condition.
As indicated in the OBA, most of the victims have shrapnel wounds, cut wounds, concussion, bruises and fractures.
Zaporizhzhya medics are providing assistance to those injured as a result of the enemy attack on the regional centre," the officials pointed out.
As the OBA points out, there are missing persons after the attack. In particular, according to the National Police, fires broke out on the territory of the industrial facility after the Russian attack, residential houses and vehicles were damaged.
Two people are considered missing," the agency stated.
Police, rescuers and municipal specialised services are working on the ground. A reception centre has been set up to receive applications and reports from citizens affected by the missile attack.
