Russian Federation drone chased the motorcade of German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock

German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock cut short her visit to Mykolaiv on 25 February after her motorcade was chased by a Russian drone. This was reported by ZDF and Bild on 25 February.

On Saturday, Annalena Berbock visited Odessa for the first time. On Sunday, she travelled to Mykolaiv. When she visited a desalination plant built with German help, there was a warning about a Russian drone.

Such Russian reconnaissance drone flights are usually followed by a direct Russian airstrike," the publications reported.

The German Foreign Ministry decided that Berbock should immediately leave the dangerous area. The convoy of cars crossed the border with Moldova and left Ukraine.
