Russia says it has no plans to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine

Russia uses nuclear weapons only to deter a nuclear attack. This was stated by the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Shoigu.

Shoigu said that information about the possible use of nuclear weapons by Russia is absurd.
