Zelensky told when the ban on the exit of men will be lifted

The President of Ukraine responded to a petition asking to allow men to travel abroad.
Men will be able to travel abroad after martial law ends. This was reported in the official Internet representation of the President.
Electronic petition No. 22/140908-ep calling for lifting restrictions on leaving Ukraine for men aged 18 to 60 without military experience gained the necessary 25,000 votes at the end of July.
The authors justify the appearance of the petition by the fact that many men can work abroad and help support the economy of Ukraine in difficult times.
The abolition of these restrictions is expected to be carried out after the end of the legal regime of martial law. For the period of the legal regime of martial law, the constitutional rights and freedoms of a person and citizen, provided, among other things, by Article 33 of the Constitution, may be limited, Zelensky replied to the petition.
Recall that now the government is considering lifting the ban on traveling abroad for men who are not subject to mobilization under martial law, in particular for students.
