Russians plan to open DPRK embassies in WOT - CNS
The main objective of these pseudo-diplomatic institutions is not to enhance economic interaction or promote tourism (because those things don't exist in the DPRK), but to facilitate the importation of North Korean workers into the WOT.
Russia expects to open DPRK "diplomatic missions" in the temporarily occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The main task of the institutions will be to bring North Koreans to the occupied territories to help with construction. This was reported in the Centre for National Resistance (CNR).
It is noted that the relevant agreements regarding the opening of "diplomatic missions" Russian President Vladimir Putin and DPRK leader Kim Jong-un adopted during a meeting in the Amur region on 13 September.
However, the CNS believes that the dictators' agreements "are not about tourism at all."
Such actions by the Kremlin indicate that there are not enough workers from the Russian Federation itself or migrant workers from Central Asia that they could attract to the WOT, both to build engineering and fortification infrastructure for the Russian occupation forces (ROE) and to build for the benefit of the occupation administrations," the CNS pointed out.
The observers pointed out that the Russians have already tried to attract foreign workers for construction at the WOT, as well as to recruit them into the ranks of the occupation troops.
It is not excluded that these labour units of DPRK citizens will be used in the interests of supporting the ROE," the report said.
In addition, according to the CNS, the establishment of "diplomatic missions", "consular offices" and "representative offices of foreign (international) organisations" should create the appearance of "international recognition" of the belonging of these territories to the Russian Federation.
We shall remind you that on 12 September DPRK President Kim Jong-un arrived in the Russian Federation on a visit. He stayed in Russia for about a week.
