Ukraine has received "strong signals" from its partners, concrete agreements on the inevitability of holding Russia accountable for its aggression.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that the signals that came to Kiev at the Munich security conference suggest that Russia will lose the war. It is about weapons and defence systems, the president said in an evening video address.
Zelenskyy noted that the leaders of partner countries confirmed their desire to continue helping Ukraine, as well as to increase arms supplies.
This concerns, in particular, long-range missiles, other weapons, the long-term support for Ukraine," the president said.
He stressed that everything points to the fact that "Russian aggression will have only one final outcome, which is the loss of a terrorist state.
And we must do everything to hasten Russia's loss. The pressure of the world must be such that Russia will not have time to find new forms of terror," he said.
He also noted that Ukraine has received clear signals that Russia will be held accountable for all the atrocities it has committed on the territory of Ukraine.
This applies not only to the evil that Russia has brought since 24 February, but also since 2014. We all remember. We remember Ilovaysk, we remember Donetsk airport, we remember the battles for Debaltseve - especially today - and every strike against our people. We must restore justice," the Ukrainian president said.
