Russia accumulates military equipment near the borders of one of the regions of Ukraine

Russia continues to increase military equipment near the borders of Ukraine for the offensive.
Observers say about the pulling of Russian military equipment to the borders of the Kharkov region. This is stated in the program Schemes of Radio Liberty based on the results of the analysis of images from the Planet Labs satellite.
It is noted that for the transfer of military equipment to Ukraine, the Russian military uses the railway. The equipment is brought to the village of Sobolevka in the Belgorod region of Russia.
The material says that in the future Russia can use this technique for an offensive in the Izyum and Slavic directions .
In addition, satellite photos from July 28 record an increase in the number of Russian army personnel compared to a satellite image of this area from June 19, the investigation says.

The Planet Labs satellite also recorded a cluster of military equipment near Sobolevka, northwest and northeast of the village. She began to appear there from the beginning of a full-scale invasion and gradually her number increased.
