- Russian occupiers kidnap thousands of people from temporarily occupied territories

In the temporarily occupied part of Zaporizhzhya region the kidnapping of people by the occupants continues and now we are talking about thousands of people
This was told by the mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov.
The most important crime we have to talk about is the continued kidnapping of our people. The enemy does not stop for a second, every day we receive news from our civilians that the enemy kidnaps new and new batches of our people from the temporary occupation. We are already talking about thousands of people who have been kidnapped from the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhya region, - said the mayor of Melitopol.
He also added that the humanitarian and security situation both in Melitopol and in general in the occupied part of Zaporizhzhya region is deteriorating. In particular, people in the occupation have added problems with buying food.
Today we see a tendency that to the problems, which used to be with medical and social assistance, are added such that the residents who are forced to stay in the temporarily occupied territory, who worked, for example, in communal enterprises or hospitals - the enemy delays and does not pay them salaries. This leads to the fact that today our residents even have problems to buy food. On the other hand, foodstuffs are significantly increasing in price," Fedorov emphasised.
According to the mayor of Melitopol, Russian invaders continue to steal and remove all property, including agricultural products and grain, from the temporarily seized territories.
Today, only one purchasing Russian state company has the right to buy grain from farmers. And it is this company that gives a price below the cost price of the grown grain," Fyodorov added.
