An air alert has been declared almost across Ukraine due to the launch of cruise missiles.
Russian troops launched missiles from the territory of Belarus. This was reported by the Air Force of the AFU. This is the first case of using ballistic missiles from the territory of Belarus since the beginning of the war.
The Air Force reported about the missile threat in Kherson, Nikolaev, Kirovograd voblasts, and then in Dnipropetrovsk voblast.
Subsequently, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Vinnitsa, Cherkasy, Kirovograd, Sumy, and Poltava oblasts were also under missile threat.
In Khmelnytskyi and Zhytomyr regions sounds of explosions are heard. A large-scale air alert has been declared in Ukraine.
In Khmelnitsky regional state administration confirmed explosions in the region.
Explosions are heard in Khmelnytsky region. Stay in shelters! Take care of yourselves and your loved ones!, - emphasised in the OBA.
In addition, the explosions were also confirmed by the mayor of Kamyanets-Podolsk Mikhail Positko. He also stated about the re-launch of cruise missiles.
The consequences of the missile attack are not yet known.
