Rescuer-son cries as rescuer-father dies in Kharkiv (video)

A video from Kharkiv has been published showing a young rescue worker of the State Emergency Situations Service crying at the site of a Russian strike where Russian troops killed his father, also a rescuer, a few minutes ago. The video was published by Ukraine's Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko.

The Minister noted that the dead rescuer Vladislav Loginov devoted his life to work in the fire service. His son, Vladimir, also by the example of his father became a firefighter and works as a watch commander in a neighbouring fire station.

That hellish night, right after the first explosions, father and son and their colleagues immediately went to the scene of the blast. Vladislav and Vladimir worked next to each other, literally a few houses away from each other. When a powerful explosion sounded, the son immediately realised that most likely it flew to the place where his father was, - said Igor Klimenko.

He stressed that it is difficult to imagine the emotions that the man experienced when he saw the bloody body of his father. A great grief for relatives, colleagues and friends.
