Enemy missile attacks target logistics and industry - General Staff

Recently, the enemy has been targeting logistics, oil and gas industries with missile strikes.

Brigadier-General Oleksiy Hromov, deputy head of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said this at a briefing at the Military Media Centre.

He said that over the past two weeks the enemy had used 140 missiles of various types and 255 strike UAVs. At the same time, 74% of cruise missiles and 55% of UAVs used by the enemy were destroyed by the Ukrainian Defence Forces.

Given the prolonged missile strikes, our air defence forces are only getting stronger, including through modern weapons and military equipment provided by partners," Oleksiy Gromov added.

Earlier, Sotsportal reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had liberated seven settlements in a week of offensive actions. In particular, in the Zaporizhzhya direction, the village of Lobkovo returned under Ukrainian control. And in the Berdyansk direction - Levadnoye, Novovorovka, Neskuchnoye, Storozhevo, Makarovka and Belogorovka. In addition, the Defence Forces have advanced up to 1.5 kilometres in the Zaporizhzhya direction.
