Privatbank will block the cards of some users. Whom it will touch

Privatbank decided to block cards with a turnover of more than UAH 500,000 without confirming the sources of funds.

This was reported by the bank's press service in a commentary to RBC-Ukraine.

“We will ask for additional confirmation of the sources of income from customers who have exceeded a turnover of UAH 500,000 on personal cards in a month and do not have supporting documents,” the bank explained.

In such cases, the client will be asked to confirm the sources of origin of funds, as well as to update the personal data indicated earlier in the income section.
